These terms describe your use of Aiduct accounts, prepaid API credits and model services.

Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Using the service
Use Aiduct only where lawful and comply with the policies of the models and providers you access. Do not abuse the service, interfere with other users, bypass access restrictions, or submit content you do not have permission to process.
Models and outputs
Model capabilities, availability and limits are described in the catalog and documentation and may change. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.
Pricing and credits
API usage is paid from your prepaid USD balance at the applicable model rates. Review current pricing before submitting requests. A successful checkout is verified before credits become available. Credits are for Aiduct service usage and are not a bank deposit or payment account.
Billing questions
Your billing page records credits, usage charges and adjustments. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support with the relevant request or payment reference. Refund requests are reviewed under the billing and refunds policy and applicable law.
Service access
Access may be limited or suspended to address misuse, security incidents, unpaid charges or legal requirements. No uninterrupted availability or specific model output is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
